Policies & Payments

  • Projects are quoted and negotiated on an individual basis.

  • Please email me with a quote request for a specific job or make me an offer based on your budget. Please don't ask for generic rates. I am willing to work with new clients on my fees when I see the opportunity for future work  through a new relationship. 

  • If you are a non-profit looking for a favor, please be sure to tell me why you are asking. I am amenable to good causes, good projects and/or for special credit.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to, ISDN and any pre/post production services are charged in addition to voice over fees.

  • Payments are expected when services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. FTP link and password to final audio file will be printed on the emailed invoice to ensure that all of us get what was agreed to.

  • Paypal (credit or direct debit) is the preferred method of payment, though bank wire or business check is acceptable. No personal checks. Please wait for job invoice before sending any payments. Payment instructions will be clear on the invoice for electronic or mailed payments. 

  • All audio files and their content are protected work and owned by Dennis Alloy, and may not be used for any purpose until final payment has been made and all terms of the agreement have been fulfilled. Any use of demo or audition recordings other than for the intended use of screening for potential engagement of further services of Dennis Alloy is expressly prohibited.
